Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and execute projects beyond core services to broaden team influence within the organization.
  • Foster positive interactions with senior stakeholders across departments such as Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Oversee development and automation efforts in the order-to-invoice (OTI) cycle, supporting platform integration and training.
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams to resolve order queries and ensure accurate, prompt processing.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, business rules, and revenue recognition standards.
  • Identify and rectify bottlenecks within the OTI cycle and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for efficiency improvements.
  • Utilize detailed tracking and reporting to monitor deals and highlight stale opportunities to maximize revenue.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions.
  • Highly self-driven with a strong focus on detail and task prioritization to meet critical objectives.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities across departments and management levels.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
  • Understanding of the order-to-invoice process and eagerness to improve seller pain points.
  • Experience with CRM, Power BI, or similar sales performance reporting tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
