Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of data extraction, mapping, transformation, and validation tasks for Oracle Cloud migrations.
- Create and execute migration loads utilizing tools such as File-Based Data Import (FBDI), Application Development Framework Desktop Integration (ADFDi), HCM Data Loader (HDL), and REST APIs.
- Design data templates, mapping documentation, and data cleansing protocols for business users to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with functional, technical, and business teams to gather data requirements and secure approvals.
- Conduct trial data loads, perform reconciliation processes, and assist in cutover as well as post-go-live support activities.
- Diagnose and resolve data load issues to guarantee accurate and auditable migration results.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of data archival strategies.
Required Skills
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle data migration tools including FBDI, ADFDi, HDL, and REST API interfaces applied to Fusion applications.
- Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of Oracle Cloud module data architecture.
- Experience managing data validation, reconciliation procedures, and handling migrations involving large volumes of data.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with effective coordination across business and technical teams.
