Operations Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Operations Executive to handle various facets of loan processing including customer onboarding, documentation, disbursement coordination, compliance checks, and operational reporting. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage lending operations efficiently and on schedule.

Core Responsibilities

• Process incoming loan applications by verifying forms and required documents.
• Engage with customers to collect pending information and keep application statuses updated within internal systems.
• Assist in customer onboarding by confirming identity, address, income, and banking details, completing KYC and due diligence protocols.
• Manage loan documentation including files, sanction letters, and agreements ensuring completeness before loan disbursement.
• Coordinate disbursement workflows, validate pre-disbursement requirements, and liaise with internal teams to facilitate payments.
• Maintain loan repayment schedules, support reconciliation efforts, handle customer repayment inquiries, and escalate overdue or inconsistent accounts.
• Ensure compliance by adhering to regulatory and company policies, conducting document checks, supporting audits, and addressing audit findings.
• Provide customer service by responding to queries, updating loan statuses, resolving complaints, and contributing to client satisfaction.
• Generate and maintain operational reports, monitor key metrics such as application processing and repayment, and support management insights by highlighting operational challenges.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Preferable experience within BFSI, NBFC, banking, or loan operations sectors.
• Familiarity with KYC standards and loan documentation processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Exceptional focus on accuracy and detail orientation.

Additional Details

The role is based in Kochi, Kerala, and offers a monthly salary between 10,000 and 35,000 INR. Candidates are expected to operate onsite and fully commit to the job responsibilities to ensure smooth lending operations.
