Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Operations Executive based in Dehradun to oversee day-to-day operational activities. This role involves managing order fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless processes and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise order processing, tracking, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor Return to Origin (RTO) cases, analyze trends, and implement strategies to reduce them.
• Manage inventory including stock reconciliation and conduct regular audits.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming products and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Oversee order fulfillment and shipment labeling for daily orders across various platforms.
• Keep inventory records updated and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Address customer support inquiries via WhatsApp regarding orders and delivery issues.
• Prepare operational reports such as daily dispatch, pending orders, RTO rates, and inventory status.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in operations, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with order management systems, courier platforms, or direct-to-consumer sales channels is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Additional Information

Compensation ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 INR monthly (take-home pay). Applicants expecting remuneration above 30,000 INR per month are advised not to apply.
