Role Overview

This role involves overseeing the daily operations within a healthcare or home-care services setting to guarantee seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate everyday operational activities including home-care services, patient onboarding, and communication with hospitals and clinics.
• Organize staff schedules and allocate resources effectively to ensure adequate coverage for nursing and home-care services based on demand.
• Engage with patients and clients to answer inquiries, resolve complaints, liaise with family members, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Keep thorough documentation such as patient information, service logs, follow-up details, medical supply inventories, and compliance records.
• Supervise inventory and logistics related to medical supplies or equipment, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
• Compile and present reports on operational performance, service metrics, resource utilization, client feedback, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations and internal standard operating procedures concerning quality, safety, and ethical practices.
• Identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and drive initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client experience.

Additional Information

This full-time position is based in Surat, Gujarat, India, offering a monthly salary range between 12,000 and 18,000 INR.
