As one of the company’s earliest hires, you will work closely with the founding team in a broad founder’s-office position with a strong emphasis on digital operations.

The role spans internal coordination, communication support, digital presence management, research, information structuring, AI-assisted workflows, and everyday execution. The team is looking for someone highly organized, quick to act, bilingual, and eager to build a career in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key focus areas

• Support founders with company communications and external-facing materials.
• Help manage and improve the startup’s digital presence.
• Organize information, documents, and operational inputs in a clear and structured way.
• Carry out research and synthesize findings for decision-making.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Assist with day-to-day execution across multiple founder-led priorities.

Candidate profile

The ideal person combines strong judgment, polished writing, careful attention to detail, and a strong visual sense for layout and presentation. You should be ambitious, proactive, and ready to learn quickly while working at the edge of technology.

Eligibility and joining conditions

• Saudi citizens only.
• Available to start very soon.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Full-time availability is required.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong working ability in both Arabic and English.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, Perplexity, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Ability to contribute from Riyadh, with a hybrid setup possible or remote work depending on fit.
