Role Overview
We seek a diligent Backend Operations Executive to enhance our sales and operational functions by managing coordination, documentation, invoicing, and customer communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete backend operations, including order management and documentation.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and deliver prompt sales assistance.
- Generate quotations, sales orders, GST invoices, delivery challans, and other necessary commercial paperwork.
- Liaise with Production, Dispatch, Sales, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to collect outstanding payments and maintain Accounts Receivable records.
- Accurately maintain customer databases, management information system reports, and operational data.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST invoicing and commercial documentation procedures.
- Strong organizational aptitude with multitasking capabilities.
- High accuracy and keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
