Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and people-focused Onboarding & Training Coordinator to invigorate our training programs. This role involves managing the logistics for restaurant launches, leadership development initiatives, and ongoing educational training, working closely with departmental directors. The position is vital in administering training operations through tasks such as calendar management, material preparation, coordinating communications, and facilitating training sessions company-wide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding sessions, ensuring new leaders and administrators are well-versed in standards and procedures.
  • Support completion of onboarding for hourly employees at current and incoming sites.
  • Guide and oversee team members involved in the onboarding process.
  • Serve as a primary communication hub to guarantee cohesive organization and follow-up across onboarding stages.
  • Create and issue communications welcoming new managers and announcing promotions.
  • Maintain historical HR data accurately through Paylocity filing systems.
  • Participate actively in weekly Human Resources meetings.

  • Arrange bi-monthly foundational leadership classes at headquarters, overseeing venue bookings, supplies, catering, and calendar coordination.
  • Send personalized training schedules and update team rosters regularly.
  • Follow up with locations to ensure training materials and programs remain current.
  • Conduct weekly online training sessions, handling invitations, reminders, and attendance tracking.
  • Proofread and preserve the accuracy of training documents and promotional materials.
  • Support travel arrangements for in-person trainings, coordinating with executive assistants to enhance cross-team communication.

Qualifications and Experience
