Overview
Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate and gain valuable experience in a dynamic retail setting. This role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing online customer orders while adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders from various temperature zones, ensuring correct product choice, quantity, and codes.
- Maintain product quality by choosing fresh items and discarding damaged goods; complete all necessary documentation including pick slips and shipping labels.
- Organize packing efficiently to maximize space without compromising product safety or quality.
- Provide supportive and positive interactions with customers, assist with inquiries, and help resolve any order-related issues.
- Uphold strict food hygiene and workplace safety standards by routinely cleaning work areas, promptly handling spills, and ensuring cleanliness of totes before use.
- Operate equipment responsibly and complete required safety checks.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business requirements.
Challenges
- Effectively manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced, overnight shift environment, maintaining energy and focus throughout.
- Perform physically demanding activities such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting items up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs, as well as repetitive stocking and organizing duties.

Compensation
The starting wage for this position is $16.15 per hour.
