Role Overview

The Night Receptionist at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC holds responsibility for managing Night Audit procedures alongside all Front Office duties throughout the overnight shift. Joining a cohesive and supportive team, the role demands attentiveness and professionalism every night.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to guest requests, including concierge services.
• Engage and interact with diverse guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
• Deliver warm, personalized, and welcoming guest service experiences.

• Execute accounting tasks linked to Night Audit operations accurately.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Night Receptionist is essential.
• Proficient with Opera Property Management System (PMS) and general technological tools.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

Work Conditions

The front desk provides 24/7 service, and night shifts are obligatory for this position.
