Night Pack Manager

Job Overview

The Night Pack Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is fully stocked, properly merchandised, and neatly faced during the night shift. This role entails directing and supervising the night pack team to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and presentation across the entire store, adhering strictly to store planograms and layout guidelines.
• Coordinate with day management to implement layout changes accurately and promptly.
• Conduct night pack inspections to verify correct labeling and adherence to stock rotation protocols.
• Keep back-store areas clean, organized, and ensure proper disposal of waste and packing of combis.
• Train and ensure the competency of all team members under supervision in relation to their tasks.
• Adopt and support new initiatives and improved working methods as they arise.

Candidate Profile

• Desirable: Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and delegation abilities.
• Highly motivated with a diligent work ethic and organizational skills.
• Possess commercial awareness and brand understanding.
• Demonstrates a passion for the grocery retail industry.
