Role Overview

We are actively seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to support our stores by ensuring smooth operation of equipment and facilities. This role involves handling maintenance tasks ranging from minor repairs of food and beverage machines to managing plumbing and electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Address service requests involving minor repairs of various in-store equipment, including beverage machines, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.
• Manage orders related to plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance needs.
• Maintain inventory of parts and generate daily reports to track efficiency and workflow.
• Perform additional duties such as training other technicians, prioritizing maintenance tasks, and maintaining store structural upkeep.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in general maintenance and repair work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and peer mentoring experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Capability to handle varied and extended assignments with facility ownership mentality.
