Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Mobile Cleaner to service multiple client locations across London, Surrey, and Berkshire. This role involves frequent travel between domestic and commercial properties rather than being stationed at a single site. A valid UK driving license and access to a dependable vehicle are mandatory.

No prior cleaning experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. New employees will initially work alongside seasoned team members to gain confidence and competence before undertaking tasks independently.

Key Duties

• Perform routine cleaning for domestic environments
• Clean commercial offices and premises
• Conduct end-of-tenancy cleans
• Carry out one-off deep cleaning tasks
• Maintain cleanliness in communal areas
• Support carpet and specialist cleaning operations
• Sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and washrooms
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Sanitize frequently touched surfaces diligently
• Empty bins and properly dispose of waste
• Restock customer-supplied consumables
• Adhere to specific cleaning guidelines, schedules, and checklists
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or health and safety concerns promptly
• Take before-and-after photos when required for documentation
• Use authorized cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment safely
• Travel between different locations throughout the working day

Working hours may vary depending on customer bookings and can include daytime, early morning, evening, or weekend shifts.

Essential Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Possession of a full UK driving license
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel across service areas
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to attending scheduled appointments timely
• Strong attention to detail and conscientious work ethic
• Honest, respectful, and trustworthy conduct
• Ability to follow instructions and meet customer-specific cleaning needs
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic communication skills and proficiency with smartphones for accessing schedules, messages, and job details
• Physically fit to stand, bend, lift and handle cleaning tools and equipment
• Willingness to complete training programs and DBS checks as necessary
• Flexibility regarding working hours and locations

Training and Experience

Previous cleaning experience is not necessary. The company provides practical training emphasizing professional cleaning techniques, safe chemical and equipment usage, COSHH compliance, health and safety protocols, customer service, site security, confidentiality, cleaning standards, and environmental responsibility.
Initial shifts may include mentoring by experienced cleaners.
