Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MIS/WFM Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves handling data management tasks within a BPO environment while operating on a rotational shift schedule. Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and manage data effectively, including collecting and processing data from various sources to support business operations.
Develop and generate reports as needed to aid decision-making.
Prepare workforce rosters aligned with company requirements.

Candidate Profile

Minimum qualification of Any Graduate.
At least one year of experience in MIS within a BPO sector.
