Job Overview
We are seeking a Master Scheduler Assistant to play a key role in coordinating our scheduling operations, maintaining and tracking schedules, and supporting data analytics. Your contributions will be vital to optimize production timelines and resource use, ensuring timely project completion and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, updating, and oversight of comprehensive schedules across various projects and production tasks.
- Accurately enter and maintain data within scheduling software to keep schedules current and reliable.
- Track progress of projects and production activities, reporting on deviations and ensuring timely adjustments.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to gather scheduling needs and relay updates or concerns effectively.
- Produce and circulate status reports and performance summaries.
- Support resource allocation efforts to meet deadlines and production goals effectively.
- Detect and resolve scheduling conflicts with creative problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of schedule changes and decisions to aid future planning and audits.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, or comparable professional experience.
- Experience in scheduling, planning, or project coordination is advantageous.
- Proficient with intermediate Excel functions.
- Strong skills in organization and time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Attention to detail coupled with advanced problem-solving aptitude.
- Capability to analyze data and create meaningful reports.
