Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

This fully remote Marketing Coordinator position supports the Brand Marketing team by facilitating the execution of the company's customer marketing strategies and activations. The role blends creativity, strong organizational abilities, and marketing expertise to advance marketing campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and help implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as digital, social media, email, website, app, print, and others.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to create compelling campaigns aligned with Lowe’s overall marketing strategies.
• Carry out market research and analyze consumer trends, behaviors, and competitor activities to guide marketing plans.
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals by coordinating with operations, merchandising, finance, and other departments.
• Maintain brand consistency by using brand guidelines and messaging frameworks; collaborate with creative teams to produce internal brand assets.
• Manage schedules, resources, and marketing project systems to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
• Assist with managing marketing budgets, monitoring expenses, forecasting spending, and providing regular financial reports to leadership.
• Create and distribute marketing documentation to keep stakeholders updated on campaign developments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related area; or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing roles.
• 1 to 2 years specifically in Brand Marketing, Project Management, Digital/Social Media, or market research.

Additional Details

Work Location and Restrictions: The role is fully remote but has geographic restrictions. Salaried remote associates cannot reside in Alaska or Hawaii, while hourly remote associates cannot be based in Alaska, California, or Hawaii.

Compensation Range: The annual pay ranges from $61,600 to $102,900, reflecting factors such as job location, education, and experience.
