About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role involves spearheading diverse marketing initiatives within the appliances, electrical, and electronics manufacturing industry. As a key team member, you will be responsible for driving impactful campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and coordinating events that resonate with our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to understand customer behaviors, purchase patterns, and market trends to extract actionable insights.
- Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels to boost brand presence and engagement.
- Manage digital initiatives including email marketing campaigns and social media efforts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as lead generation and overall effectiveness.
- Organize and coordinate company events, product launches, and customer engagement activities from start to finish.
- Collaborate with design teams and external vendors to create compelling promotional content.
- Support the marketing rollout of new products and services with coordinated, brand-consistent promotional efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using sales and marketing data insights.
- Oversee social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and active audience engagement.
- Assist with marketing budget planning and management to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Evaluate return on investment (ROI) across marketing campaigns and recommend areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator role or similar marketing position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and digital campaign design.
- Expertise in market research, data analytics, and use of analytics tools.
- Practical experience in managing social media advertising and email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and Google Ads platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM and CMS software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and WordPress.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a creative and solution-focused approach.
