About the Role

Aditi Consulting is seeking a contract Market Research Analyst to assist in quantitative research project execution. This position focuses on developing and programming surveys, processing data with crosstab analysis, and creating clear, insight-oriented reports. The ideal candidate should blend technical skills with fundamental survey design knowledge and be capable of managing deadlines independently within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting survey questionnaires aligned with research goals using best practices to ensure clarity and unbiased questions.
• Programming surveys on platforms such as Qualtrics or Decipher, including implementing logic, piping, and randomization, followed by rigorous quality assurance.
• Preparing and cleaning datasets for analysis, setting up variables and coding accurately.
• Creating structured crosstabs aligned with analysis plans, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and flagging any data irregularities.
• Applying descriptive statistics and straightforward analytical methods to interpret data, identify trends, and validate hypotheses.
• Assisting in generating precise, data-driven insights directly linked to business objectives.
• Developing draft reports in PowerPoint or Word that effectively communicate findings with clear charts and tables.
• Managing project timelines proactively, communicating potential risks early, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality deliverables.
• Collaborating with team members and senior researchers to refine research strategies and outputs, enhancing clarity and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in market research or analytics roles.
• Proficient in survey programming platforms like Qualtrics or Decipher.
• Strong knowledge of survey design principles and proven experience drafting survey instruments.
• Skilled in Excel, including crosstab creation, pivot tables, and data cleaning techniques.
• Experience using statistical software such as SPSS, R, or equivalents.
• Comfortable working with extensive survey datasets and developing research reports with effective data visualization.
• High attention to detail and dedication to maintaining data accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules independently and communicate proactively.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this role is $35 to $40. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime compensation at 1.5 times the base hourly wage as applicable by law.
