Role Overview

The Manager - MEP Execution is responsible for managing the complete MEP design and project execution for both residential and commercial projects in the North region, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise MEP design and execution stages, assuring adherence to the National Building Code and applicable regulations.
• Troubleshoot and support resolution of execution issues to facilitate timely and efficient project completion.
• Integrate BIM and other modern design tools to enhance the effectiveness of project delivery.
• Keep abreast of evolving MEP materials and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions in design and execution.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Design, MEP, Site, and Operations departments, as well as external consultants to achieve project objectives.
• Lead and mentor a direct team of 5-6 professionals and oversee multiple indirect reports to maintain a cohesive working environment.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) specialized in Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines. Candidates with a diploma plus a full-time BE/BTech degree will also be considered.
• 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in MEP design and project execution, preferably within residential or commercial construction projects.
• Experience with BIM models and proficiency in software such as Revit is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MEP principles, National Building Code, and sound communication skills for managing multidisciplinary teams.
