  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to expand internal learning capabilities.
  • Design and maintain curricula for managerial development and provide learning pathways for both new and experienced managers.
  • Manage the organization's Learning and Development calendar.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, handling related contracts and content licenses.
  • Administer the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Perform learning need assessments and collaborate with departments to address skill deficiencies.
  • Gather data, analyze learning outcomes, and generate reports on training participation, completion, and impact to inform improvements.
  • Handle training logistics, delivery, communications, marketing, and publication of learning opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a Learning Management Platform (LMS).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Formal certification or coursework in instructional design, adult learning, coaching, or facilitation.

Additional Information
