Manager - Finance

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager - Finance to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models and analyses related to revenues, expenses, and funding needs. It involves supporting the establishment of revenue streams, pricing frameworks, and business case development for city services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed financial models covering revenues, costs, and funding requirements.
• Assist in developing revenue streams and pricing strategies for city-related services, and build associated business cases.
• Execute thorough economic and financial assessments, including benchmarking costs, analyzing cost structures, and evaluating impacts.
• Contribute to defining funding necessities and scheduling through scenario-based analyses.
• Provide financial expertise to strategy development, operating models, and business planning.
• Monitor and validate assumptions, data inputs, and methodologies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to collect input and guarantee consistency in financial outcomes.
• Support the design of finance governance frameworks and system/data requirement plans, including advice on data architecture, reporting workflows, and system capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is required; advanced degrees or professional certifications are preferred.
• Substantial experience in financial analysis, modeling, business planning, or corporate finance within complex organizations or major development projects.
• Over six years of relevant professional experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, investment evaluation, consulting, or economic analysis.
