Role Overview

As a Managed Services HR Specialist within our marketing-focused Managed Services company, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle and direct people operations. Partnering closely with leadership, your role involves cultivating a high-performance culture and ensuring the workforce remains agile in the dynamic marketing field.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as marketing, Web/SEO, UX design, Sales Development Representatives, campaign, and program management.
• Work alongside leadership to create engaging job descriptions and enhance employer branding to attract elite talent.
• Design and conduct comprehensive onboarding processes and develop Learning and Development frameworks to upskill employees in the latest digital marketing tools and trends.
• Support managers and staff with performance evaluations, goal setting, and conflict management enforcing consistent, fair, and legally compliant practices.
• Establish competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive schemes aimed at retaining marketing professionals with creative and technical expertise.
• Oversee policy compliance, maintain accurate employee records, safeguard data privacy, and monitor key HR metrics like turnover and time-to-hire to continually improve HR strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 2 to 5 years of solid experience as an HR generalist or specialist, preferably in agencies, B2B service environments, or tech-enabled sectors.
• Have a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines with a preference for professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI.
• Demonstrate expertise in employment law and proven HR best practices coupled with excellent communication, commercial insight, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with the marketing services industry, campaign processes, and agency culture is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with global HR procedures and standards is considered a significant plus.
