Maintenance Technician (Associate - Senior)

This role encompasses repairing and maintaining various machine tools and production equipment essential to product development, manufacturing, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs and perform preventive maintenance on numerical control, computerized numerical control, precision, and conventional machine tools.
• Handle equipment across specializations such as electrical, mechanical, vacuum, hydraulic, refrigeration, numerical control repairs, and machine tool rebuilding.
• Inspect production machinery regularly and execute minor repairs to ensure optimal operation.
• Assemble and disassemble machine tools as required for maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications and Advancement

• Usually requires 1-2 years of experience in machine tool repair or equivalent vocational education.
• Candidates surpassing minimum requirements may qualify for elevated positions like Associate Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Senior Maintenance Technician, factoring in experience, additional competencies, and organizational needs.
