Role Summary

The Maintenance Planning Specialist role requires 10 to 15 years of experience in maintenance planning, ideally held by an engineer with a bachelor’s degree and in-depth understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management modules. Candidates with a technical diploma or higher in planning related fields are also encouraged.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and coordination of routine maintenance job plans, daily work schedules, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure optimal utilization of maintenance resources.
  • Work closely with Craft Supervisors, Area Team Leaders, and other supervisory personnel to manage priorities and guarantee that maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively.
  • Provide indirect leadership and oversight to personnel completing routine maintenance work, supporting the Area Maintenance Planner’s team.
  • Manage and supervise a team of approximately 12 to 15 maintenance planners to align team efforts with operational goals.
