Overview
The Magazinier role involves managing, organizing, and overseeing goods within the warehouse to ensure stock accuracy, proper storage according to company standards, and timely distribution.
Main Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming goods according to accompanying documentation.
- Arrange and categorize products within the warehouse by category and location.
- Prepare and deliver orders for clients or relevant departments.
- Record all goods' entries, exits, and transfers in the system.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and participate in warehouse inventories.
- Verify warehouse documentation accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, finance, and purchasing departments.
- Ensure products are stored according to specified standards and conditions.
- Oversee loading and unloading processes of goods.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
- Adhere to company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Report any technical or operational issues affecting warehouse functionality.
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including stock management software use.
- Capability to handle warehouse documentation efficiently.
