Primary Job Responsibilities

• Handle receipt of incoming stock, including Goods Receipt processing in SAP.
• Perform accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of items.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents like Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, and Customs Invoices.
• Maintain and update inventory records and report inconsistencies promptly.
• Properly label and mark goods both inbound and outbound.
• Assist in conducting monthly stock counts and audits.
• Ensure warehouse compliance with cleanliness and safety standards according to standard operating procedures.
• Support loading and unloading using reach trucks safely.
• Verify goods against delivery documents before shipment dispatch.
• Plan delivery schedules and coordinate routes with the Operations team for timely completion.
• Securely return signed delivery documents without delay.
• Report any delivery setbacks, damages, or related issues.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles including tires, lights, oil levels, fuel, and brakes.
• Uphold vehicle cleanliness and coordinate servicing, repairs, and inspections as required.
• Meticulously log vehicle usage such as mileage, fuel consumption, and movements.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic and safety regulations while performing delivery duties.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably possessing at least two years’ experience in similar warehouse roles including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Holder of a valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of handling carton lifting and manual labor.
• Experience operating reach trucks is a plus.
• Proficient with computers including SAP or comparable software systems, and able to manage delivery documentation accurately.
• Responsible, communicative, and maintains a positive work attitude.
