Logistics Executive

About the Role

We are searching for a diligent and dependable Dispatch & Delivery Executive to manage the packing, dispatch, transport, and delivery of IT and ELV equipment such as CCTV systems, networking devices, cables, switches, racks, access control tools, computer accessories, and other technical goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully pack IT and ELV components to ensure safe dispatch.
• Verify materials against invoices, delivery notes, and dispatch lists for accuracy.
• Load and unload items cautiously to prevent damage.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, project, and accounting teams to meet dispatch requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customer sites, offices, and project locations.
• Obtain signed delivery challans or proof of delivery after completing deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of dispatched and delivered items.
• Inspect quantity and condition of materials both before dispatch and upon receipt.
• Manage return shipments and coordinate their safe transport back to the office.
• Keep packing and dispatch areas clean and orderly.
• Adhere to company protocols when handling valuable IT equipment.
• Assist with basic inventory and stock checks when necessary.
• Work alongside courier and transport providers as required.
• Perform additional dispatch, delivery, and material handling tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong familiarity with packing and handling of IT and electronic items.
• Basic understanding of computers and IT hardware is beneficial.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.

• Capability to maintain detailed dispatch and delivery documentation.
• Physical fitness for loading and unloading duties.
• Readiness to travel locally for deliveries.
