Role Overview
This full-time role, based onsite in Dubai, UAE, calls for an experienced logistics professional with expertise in shipping and freight forwarding across GCC countries. The Logistics Coordinator's duties involve managing daily shipments, monitoring order progress, and ensuring shipments arrive on time both regionally and internationally. Responsibilities include overseeing shipping and freight activities, coordinating with carriers, customs officials, and internal departments to resolve logistical challenges. The coordinator will also handle customer queries, update stakeholders regarding shipment statuses, and maintain necessary compliance documentation. Additionally, the position supports ongoing enhancements to streamline operations, minimize delays, and elevate service standards. Coordination with third-party logistics partners and transporters to arrange deliveries is a key part of the role.

- Experience using Dubai trade platforms for documentation like Manifestation, Delivery Order issuance, and Bill of Entry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is considered an additional benefit.
