Logistics Analyst

About the Role

As a key member of the team, the Logistics Analyst will provide actionable insights to enhance cost-efficiency and service quality across our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement optimization models and analytics focused on reducing logistics costs and improving service levels.
• Oversee and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs) related to domestic/export transportation and third-party warehousing.
• Create and drive cross-departmental action plans aimed at lowering the cost to serve and improving customer service.
• Support logistics procurement activities, including domestic and international transportation and third-party logistics warehousing.
• Encourage usage and integration of logistics management tools both internally and externally.
• Function as a key user for SAP Transportation Management (TM) and other third-party logistics systems.
• Maintain master data in SAP TM and manage other assigned data attributes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to update management on logistics performance and critical metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over three years of experience in transportation, warehousing, or supply chain analytics with a proven ability to drive cost savings and operational improvements.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, proficient with Excel and purchasing management software tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills enabling effective collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of logistics, transportation management, and supply chain dynamics.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable in procurement rules, contract management, and compliance standards.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $71,805 to $94,245 annually, varying based on experience, education, skills, and training.
