About the Role
We are representing a prominent law firm located in Dublin seeking a Listings Executive to become a key member of their Banking Department. This role offers a chance to contribute within one of Ireland's top-tier legal practices, where your expertise will be highly appreciated in a vibrant and supportive setting.
Primary Duties
- Analyze and cross-verify prospectuses in accordance with the Prospectus Regulation annexes prior to submission to the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
- Ensure listing particulars comply with the relevant Euronext Global Exchange Market rules before filing.
- Prepare and finalize the checklist required for listing conditions by Euronext.
- Evaluate and address any feedback provided by both the CBI and Euronext.
- Serve as a liaison between issuers’ legal teams, the CBI, and Euronext to clarify queries or concerns.
- Organize the assembly of all necessary supporting documentation for the CBI and Euronext to complete the listing process.
Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical and calm work style.
- Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines reliably.
- A legal education or qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of the Prospectus Regulation and Euronext listing requirements is advantageous but not required.

Salary: Up to 55000 EUR annually, dependent on experience
