Role Overview
The Learning & Development Coordinator will manage the operational aspects of learning programs, e-learning systems, and training records. This includes orchestrating workshop logistics, coordinating learner cohorts, maintaining learning data, and supporting digital content owners.
This position is ideal for candidates early in their learning and development or people-operations career seeking to deepen expertise in managing learning technology and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day learning operations including scheduling and coordinating training events.
- Manage e-learning environments and ensure learning content remains engaging and up to date.
- Maintain accurate training records, provide reports, and respond promptly to stakeholder queries.
- Collaborate with business teams and content owners to continuously improve learning systems and delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in L&D, HR, learning operations, or training administration roles with a passion for building capability.
- Proficient in creating or maintaining e-learning materials with an understanding of effective digital learning.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Comfortable working with learning platforms, HR systems, and advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, lookups, and data cleansing.
- Customer-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, capable of fostering strong working relationships.
