Role Overview
This position is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Lead Generation Specialist. The specialist will focus on identifying and qualifying new potential clients, including families and partners who may benefit from Special Minds’ services. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, building and managing lead databases, and initiating outreach via phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
The role also requires nurturing leads, coordinating with sales and outreach teams, maintaining accurate CRM records, supporting marketing campaigns, tracking lead generation metrics, and proposing strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven success in identifying and generating new leads, with relevant experience in lead prospecting.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with professional client interaction skills.
- Relevant sales or outreach experience, capable of qualifying prospects and aiding conversion efforts.
- Strong research skills to analyze markets, target segments, and collect pertinent prospect data.
- Ability to work remotely effectively, demonstrating strong time management, organization, and self-drive.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic productivity software skills.
- Prior experience within education, developmental services, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
