Lead Generation Executive

About the Role

Conexus Network Solutions is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join their international UK-focused process based in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It is well-suited for freshers or individuals aiming to develop a career in B2B lead generation, business development, and international sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective business leads using resources such as LinkedIn, Google, and various online directories.
• Develop and maintain accurate lead databases utilizing MS Excel and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Verify and qualify lead information to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support business strategies.
• Assist the Business Development team with generating leads and other related activities.
• Maintain daily records, report progress, and update lead trackers consistently.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure delivery of high-quality leads.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to candidates with no prior experience.
• Good command of English communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel and online research techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve daily targets.

Additional Information

• Work location is onsite at Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.
• Working days are Monday through Friday, with shift hours from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Monthly compensation ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 CTC, dependent on interview results.
