Role Summary

As a Laundry Executive, you will be based at the center of hotel operations and will handle washing and care of hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. The role requires you to follow standard operating procedures closely while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect cleaned laundry items to confirm they meet cleanliness standards.
• Operate, care for, and help maintain laundry machines, equipment, chemicals, and detergents used in the wash process.
• Classify laundry by fabric type, color, and soil level, and keep dry-cleaning items separate from regular laundry.
• Review linens and uniforms for damage, stains, or other defects and report any issues to the department head.
• Treat stains using the correct stain removers and approved procedures.
