Role Overview

The Labourer will play a key role in maintaining the tidiness and safety of construction sites, assisting the site production team with daily support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure and open storage containers and designated plots.
• Prepare and tidy the worksite every day.
• Maintain cleanliness in site welfare areas.
• Receive deliveries and organize storage securely.
• Support the site team and specialized trades as required.
• Ensure walkways remain clear and assist with traffic management.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Possession of a valid CSCS card.
• Self-driven with effective communication abilities.
• Commitment to high workmanship standards.
• Full, clean driving licence to enable travel between construction sites.
• A strong awareness of safety protocols.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team.
