KYC Analyst

Position Overview

The Operations Officer within the Small Business Banking Account Review team in Mississauga, ON is responsible for thorough verification of new accounts and signing authority changes related to AML/KYC/KYB compliance. This 12-month contract role, reporting to the Team Manager, focuses on ensuring all Small Business Banking (SBB) accounts and modifications meet the required policies while delivering expert support to internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 100% reviews of new SBB accounts and signing authority updates for accurate and complete AML/KYC/KYB information per business procedures.
• Examine system inputs and business documentation to confirm compliance and precision.
• Collaborate with partners by answering questions and resolving identified deficiencies.
• Contribute to enhancing the customer experience to cultivate customer loyalty.
• Consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Evaluate and ensure all Small Business Banking accounts comply with AML/KYC/KYB regulations.
• Apply operating policies and procedures effectively.
• Take ownership of operational issues, escalating when necessary.
• Complete daily operational tasks while assisting with additional functions as assigned.
• Adapt to new technologies and process improvements promptly.
