Role Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food following set standards and specifications
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and microwaves efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet timing and quality goals
• Maintain food hygiene, allergen awareness, and health and safety protocols at all times
• Keep the kitchen clean, including routine clean-as-you-go and comprehensive kitchen clean-downs
• Manage stock rotation and ensure proper food storage
• Complete required training sessions and contribute ideas for ongoing improvements

Work Schedule

The pub operates with varied hours, opening early and closing late, offering flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes totaling 12 hours per week.
