Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks according to Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) job cards.
• Monitor and maintain main gas tank levels and conduct routine inspections.
• Install new kitchen and laundry equipment when needed.
• Ensure all kitchen, refrigeration, and laundry gear operate at peak efficiency.
• Record walk-in freezer temperatures in compliance with municipal regulations.
• Keep mechanical rooms for kitchen equipment clean and well-organized.
• Handle additional reasonable duties as assigned, demonstrating multitasking abilities.
• Adapt to changes in operational requirements driven by industry, company, or hotel policies.
