Job Responsibilities

• Extend a warm and welcoming greeting to every customer.
• Assist customers in finding desired items, provide detailed product information including quality and materials, and recommend additional products.
• Support customers actively in the fitting room area.
• Achieve and aim to exceed personal sales targets with the help of company training.
• Manage store operations and sales floor activities when management is absent, including opening and closing duties.
• Organize and display products effectively on the sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in both the customer-facing and backstore areas.
• Stay informed on new product arrivals to offer fresh recommendations to customers.
• Process customer transactions at the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established by the head office departments.
• Contribute to team support by fulfilling additional duties as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in sales is required.
• A genuine passion for apparel that celebrates femininity such as lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent listening skills to understand client needs.
• A proactive and responsible work ethic.
• Flexibility to work during holidays and extended hours during peak seasons based on availability.

• Being functionally bilingual is considered an advantage.
