DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading’s Qatar Branch seeks a seasoned and goal-oriented Key Account Manager to enhance and expand their team. If you bring 3 to 4 years of experience working within dermatology and aesthetics in Qatar, possess a robust network in healthcare, and have demonstrated success in account oversight and sales growth, this is an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain enduring relationships with pivotal accounts such as dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Discover new revenue opportunities while growing current accounts to meet targeted sales goals.
- Comprehend client requirements to offer customized solutions that benefit their business operations.
- Deliver product demonstrations, conduct training sessions, and perform follow-up visits to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to execute effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Track market developments, competitor movements, and client feedback to pinpoint avenues for business expansion.
- Maintain precise CRM data, forecasting sales, and preparing customer-related reports.
- Provide superior post-sales assistance ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 3 and 4 years of relevant experience in the dermatology and aesthetics sector within Qatar.
- Exhibit excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and managing client relationships.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Hold a valid driving license issued in Qatar.
- Be a native Arabic speaker.
- Be self-driven, focused on targets, and enthusiastic about cultivating enduring client partnerships.
