Junior Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Technician with a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a diploma in engineering. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance and management activities primarily with HVAC systems and related quality documentation within the engineering and production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Authorized to function as an active doer in operational processes and sign relevant documents.
• Manage and maintain engineering documents related to GMP compliance, breakdown and preventive maintenance reports, incident investigations, and qualification records.
• Review and ensure closure of Quality Management System documents.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and coordinating manufacturer-recommended remedial actions.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments including Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Production, and Purchasing.
• Maintain stock availability for critical equipment spare parts.
• Participate in departmental qualification activities and gain approvals for qualification documentation.
• Handle and monitor the Building Management System (BMS).
• Support and engage in technical investigation activities.
• Initiate and complete Quality Management System documentation timely and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for document control.
