  • Engage in construction administration by evaluating bids, performing site visits, resolving technical challenges, and upholding construction quality.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory bodies to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to producing 3D software renderings, preferably with Enscape, to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Handle interior design tasks ranging from client programming, conceptual and schematic design to space planning, design development, and construction documentation.

Qualifications

  • Accredited degree in Architecture.
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit software.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Enscape and Rhino.
  • Understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction methods.
  • Enthusiasm for both overarching design concepts and intricate details.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities both written and verbal.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary ranges from $60,000 to $63,000 annually. The compensation package includes this base salary plus two bonuses paid biannually in December and June.
