Role Overview
This on-site, full-time Junior Project Manager role is based in Wuse 2, Abuja. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage various project activities to ensure they are completed on schedule and meet client standards. Key duties include organizing schedules, accelerating workflows, managing logistics, conducting quality inspections, and collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Problem-solving skills are essential for overcoming challenges and maintaining smooth project advancement.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong project management capabilities for effective goal oversight and accomplishment
- Experience in coordinating tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- Basic familiarity with project planning software and tools
- Skill in preparing documentation, reports, and updates on project status
- Knowledge of inspection techniques to uphold quality standards and compliance
- Capability to handle multiple projects or assignments simultaneously
- Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to perform well under pressure
- A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred
- Ability to interpret simple technical drawings or project plans is advantageous
- Exposure to smart technology, Internet of Things (IoT), or renewable energy project environments is a plus
