Role Overview
As a Junior Game Designer with a focus on MMORPG, you will research new game concepts, explore market trends, and analyse player behavior. You will be responsible for crafting detailed game design documents, including features, content, and interface for mobile games. Your duties also include level creation, game analysis and balancing, and collaboration with various teams to refine game ideas. Additional tasks may be assigned by superiors as necessary.
Candidate Expectations
- Minimum one year of experience as a Game Designer, preferably in MMORPG games.
- A genuine passion for MMORPG game genres.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop unique concepts.
- Solid understanding of game design principles including game balancing, mechanics, and narrative structure.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly and convincingly present ideas.
- Openness to constructive feedback.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and accountability in job responsibilities.
Salary Range
Fixed salary between 8,000,000 and 25,000,000 VND, with the final amount negotiated based on individual capability during the interview.
