The company is expanding globally and is hiring a Junior Front-End Developer in the MENA region to work remotely. What You Will Do

• Create and support responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Turn UI/UX designs into front-end code that is organized, maintainable, and reusable.
• Produce digital marketing assets that perform well across devices and provide a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver strong project outcomes.
• Contribute to SEO, conversion rate optimization, and overall website performance improvements.
• Take part in team conversations and share ideas that improve development processes.
• Improve website speed, accessibility, and compatibility across different browsers.
• Make sure layouts and interactions work properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Apply front-end best practices that support usability, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Update and manage WordPress sites and other content management systems.
• Implement content changes, page structures, and reusable templates.
• Support ongoing website enhancements and feature updates.
• Find and fix front-end issues and visual inconsistencies.
• Test websites across browsers and devices to confirm dependable performance.
• Help uphold high coding standards and consistent quality across projects.
• Stay current with modern front-end tools, methods, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and learn from senior developers.
• Keep building technical ability and problem-solving confidence.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or junior-level roles.
• Hands-on exposure to live websites or web applications is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first development.
• Experience with React, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of WordPress or comparable CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly front-end implementation.
• Experience with Git or similar version control tools.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design software.
• Basic knowledge of performance optimization and cross-browser testing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and keep improving.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines is a plus.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries is a bonus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is helpful.
• English fluency is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
