About The Role
The Goat Agency, located in London Southbank and part of GroupM—the global leader in media investment—is seeking a Junior Designer to join their hybrid-working creative team. Since 2015, Goat has specialized in pioneering influencer marketing campaigns, delivering results that span over 70 countries. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global team of 500+ social media experts, creating strategic and impactful influencer marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually impressive presentations, layouts, and creative mockups that fit project requirements.
- Maintain continuous production of engaging designs with a keen eye on alignment, consistency, hierarchy, and white space utilization.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams across the agency.
- Handle several projects at once, organizing priorities and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Produce top-quality designs for multiple formats including print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Confidently present and clarify design ideas to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on current design trends and best practices.
- Review and troubleshoot design accuracy, incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Apply strong visual storytelling skills to craft thoughtful and compelling presentations.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven design experience supported by a substantial portfolio of work.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in presentation software including Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- High attention to detail and enthusiasm for creative design.
