Key Responsibilities

  • Generate a consistent stream of advertising concepts driven by in-depth customer insights gathered from reviews, surveys, online communities, and competitor analysis. Identify compelling angles highlighting customer pain points, desires, and objections that effectively encourage purchasing decisions, transforming them into viable creative ideas for video, static images, and user-generated content (UGC).
  • Create clear and precise briefs for creators, editors, and designers, overseeing the production process from concept to finalized assets. Develop scripts and storyboards when necessary, and provide direction on engaging hooks and pacing. Ensure all ads are aligned with the brand's premium wellness positioning, focusing not only on aesthetics but also on sales effectiveness.

  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms, including current trends, creative fatigue management, and iterative improvements to winning ads.
  • Have prior experience briefing and managing UGC content creators and freelance video editors.
  • Comfortable working with advertising platform analytics, making decisions based on evidence rather than subjective preference.
  • Experience within wellness, dietary supplements, beauty industries, or subscription-based brands is an advantage.
