About the Role

As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst (all genders) at Homaris, you will transform data into crucial decision-making foundations. Your responsibilities include analyzing the economic development of our business areas, creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and advancing our unit economics perspective at the object level. Responsibilities

• Create and analyze variance reports comparing planned versus actual results, identifying reasons and drivers behind deviations from budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare strategic analyses for different business units and objects, providing essential decision-support information for management.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that serve as the backbone of management reporting, covering data modeling through visualization.
• Enhance the unit economics view at the object level to make profitability at each location transparent.
• Learn and utilize LucaNet software, becoming the secondary expert for planning and reporting data foundations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess initial experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial/data analytics, ideally between one and three years; strong entry-level candidates are also welcome.
• Demonstrate advanced Power BI skills, including DAX and data modeling, along with solid Excel proficiency.
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking: recognize patterns, question numbers, and derive independent, reliable conclusions.
• Willingness to learn LucaNet software; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Work independently and in an organized manner with a proactive approach to exploring data instead of relying on others' input.
• Fluency in German (native or equivalent) and good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Curious about artificial intelligence opportunities and open to innovative digital solutions.
