Job Overview

The role focuses on ensuring an exceptional customer experience at store locations while driving customer acquisition and delivering post-sale service to walk-in customers. Responsibilities include meeting sales and revenue goals, overseeing store system operations, maintaining stock and merchandising standards, managing supply chain and inventory stability, handling daily cash deposits, and managing utility payments.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and satisfying experience for customers visiting the store.
• Attract and acquire new customers to the store.
• Provide after-sales support and service to customers physically present at the store.
• Meet acquisition targets and achieve set revenue goals.
• Oversee store operational systems and manage day-to-day store activities.
• Ensure that stock is consistently available to meet demand.
• Maintain clear and effective merchandising displays within the store.
• Ensure stability in the supply chain and maintain inventory levels.
• Perform daily cash deposits accurately and on time.
• Manage payment of utilities linked with store operations.

Requirements

• Possess fundamental computer skills and proficiency in using smartphones.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the local language and basic English reading and writing skills.
• Experienced in handling cash transactions and comfortable managing sales and customer interactions.
• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt.
• Education qualification of 12th standard or higher (Graduation in any field is acceptable).
• Experience ranging from freshers to 1-2 years in sales is welcome.

• Work locations include Kalamb, Bhigwan, Manchar, Saswad, and Daund in Maharashtra, India.
