Job Overview

The Janitorial Associate plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and clean environment for customers entering and leaving the store. Responsibilities involve maintaining cleanliness and safety from the parking area through to the restrooms and receiving sections.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a smile, greeting, and express thanks positively.
Efficiently and accurately operate checkout while standing for extended periods.
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of assigned work areas.
Respond to customer queries and assist them as needed.
Support fellow associates throughout the store as required.
Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and transport them inside using equipment.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot areas regularly.
Exhibit a positive and professional attitude regardless of weather conditions.
